Beginning on Monday, September 12, at noon ET/9 a.m. PT, and ongoing for just 1 week, fans from around world may apply online for any random drawing for bleacher seats across the 84th Oscars red-colored carpet. You will find only 700 seats available across the 500-feet-lengthy pathway leading in to the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center.
